Book Review: A Constellation of Vital Phenomena, by Anthony Marra

A men's book club selection. As an avid reader, with at least twenty books a year, I'm disappointed to report that i stopped this book after 98 pages. I tried and tried to "get into it," but could not. I even went back and started it again and re-read several chapters because I never could understand where the author was going. Honestly, it made me feel stupid. This is the first book I have been unable to complete in several years. The blizzard of Czechia names and places contributed to my problems, but those were only one problem for me. Very sorry to miss out on a good read, but it isn't for me.
